As part of its EQUIP initiative, DMQS developed another tool to help facilities enhance their understanding of what inspectors will be looking for and NOT looking for with the new EQUIP questions. This informational video is in the form of a mock inspection scenario that will also assist inspectors in preparing for questions from facilities that might arise during the inspection close out discussion.
