Population Health Community Action Guide Draft Comments

The National Quality Forum (NQF) is seeking comments on a draft Population Health Community Action Guide. Several child-focused activities are highlighted in the guide. Led by an NQF multi-stakeholder committee comprising public- and private-sector experts, the draft guide responds to community demands to build and strengthen population health programs.
