AHRQ Seeks Feedback on Proposed Update of CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) invites your comments on several proposed changes to the CAHPS Clinician & Group (CG-CAHPS) Survey and the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Item Set.

Comments on the proposed changes must be received no later than 5 p.m. EST on February 20, 2015. Please submit comments by email tocahps1@westat.com with “CG-CAHPS Proposed Changes” in the subject line.
