Data Submission Extended to July 2 for AHRQ Hospital Survey
Data submission has been extended for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database until July 2, 2015. Hospitals that have administered the AHRQ hospital safety culture survey can now voluntarily submit their data. Hospitals that submit to the database will receive individual hospital and system feedback reports comparing their results to the overall comparative results. Hospitals must be in the U.S. or U.S. territories and each location, including those part of a hospital chain or health care system, is considered a separate hospital for submission purposes.
This database is a central repository for survey data from hospitals or survey vendors that have administered the AHRQ hospital survey instrument. One of the purposes of the database is to produce comparative results to help hospitals identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in their patient safety culture. Comparative results are reported in the aggregate and do not include any information identifying participating hospitals.
To submit data, please go to https://sopsdatabase.ahrq.gov/ hospital.
