MONAHRQ 6.0 Has Just Been Released!

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is pleased to announce the release of MONAHRQ Version 6.0. This major MONAHRQ update allows you to report on nursing home quality, create profile pages for doctors and other health care professionals, and generate trend reports to assess changes in hospital utilization over time.

Major MONAHRQ 6.0 enhancements include:

New Data Sources — Easily use Nursing Home Compare, Physician Compare, and Hospital Compare data provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to generate local reports

New Reports – Create new reports on nursing home quality comparisons and profiles, individual provider profiles, and year-over-year hospital utilization trend reports. MONAHRQ 6.0 also includes a consumer-friendly infographic report on safe surgery, and guided education to help people learn how to use your MONAHRQ-generated reports

New Flexibility – MONAHRQ’s new Open Source Framework allows developers to add more types of data and design new reports to meet their organization’s data availability and unique reporting needs
