Primary Care Research Highlighted in JACM

JACM Focuses on Health IT Accelerating Research and Practice in Primary Care   The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is pleased to announce the release of the Practice-Based Research Networks (PBRN’s) special issue with the Journal of Ambulatory Care Management (JACM). AHRQ supports the Practice-Based Research Networks, whose purpose is to answer community-based health care questions and translate research findings into practice. The current issue of JACM focuses on innovative strategies for harnessing health information technologies (health IT) to help patients and primary care teams improve care processes and outcomes.Select to access the supplement: http://journals.lww.com/ambulatorycaremanagement/pages/currenttoc.aspx.
